Chinese beef stew (daikon radish, chinese mushrooms, potato, tomato, dried tofu) flavored w/ star anise

Radish cake (Luo-bo gao)

Beef w/ chinese BBQ sauce (Sa-cha niu)

Baked Maple Salmon w/ pecan crust

And cookies!! (Chocolate chip oatmeal pecan) mmm...
