10 things i am thankful for at this very moment

(10) Warm boots (fake uggs) that enable me to walk down the street without my feet getting cold

(9) A warm jacket -- even though people make fun of me all the time -- so that I am as warm as I am indoors when I'm outside

(8) Vine and Bean, a terrific coffee shop that is located down the street from me. I can walk here without having to start my car / waste gas, and I can have a warm, cozy place to work

(7) A sweet, growing puppy that is accompanying my dad at home while my mom is in Taiwan

(6) My friendship with my upstairs neighbors, Julia and Theresa

(5) A joyful meeting with P. Bob on Wed in Ann Arbor

(4) Having the burden of anger over racism and the bitterness over race relations graciously lifted - thank you Jesus

(3) A mom who is always on the lookout for me for warm clothing, supplementing my well-being (jacket, boots, hat, scarf)

(2) The Sabbath (tomorrow) -- for rest, because I am more tired than I think

thank you Jesus for these items of grace and privilege -- I am so rich in so many ways.
